At SahuPress, we provide customized printing products designed and manufactured according to each customer’s requirements. Since customized orders involve design preparation, time, materials, and production efforts, we follow the cancellation policy outlined below.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation Before Designing

  • Customers may request order cancellation before the designing process begins.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted through our official customer support channels.

  • If the cancellation request is accepted before any design or production work has started, eligible payments may be considered for a refund.

  • Refund eligibility will depend on the work already performed and applicable laws.

2. Cancellation After Designing Has Started

  • Once the designing process has started, order cancellation will generally not be accepted.

  • Customized design work requires time, creativity, and effort.

  • Once the design work has been completed, the applicable design charges are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

  • Customers are requested to carefully review their requirements before placing an order.

3. Order Cancellation Due to No Customer Response

  • Once the customized design is completed, we will contact the customer through their registered WhatsApp number, phone number, or email address for design approval.

  • Customers are expected to respond to our design approval messages and provide the required confirmation within a reasonable time.

  • If the customer does not respond to our messages, calls, or design approval requests for 30 days from the date of the first design approval notification, SahuPress reserves the right to cancel the order.

  • Before cancelling an inactive order, we may make additional attempts to contact the customer using the available contact details.

  • If the order is cancelled due to customer inactivity after the design work has been completed, the advance payment will generally not be refunded because customized design work has already been performed, subject to applicable law.

  • Any remaining unpaid balance will not be charged for an order cancelled due to customer inactivity.

  • If the customer wishes to continue after cancellation, a new order may be required, subject to availability and applicable charges.

4. Cancellation After Design Approval

  • Once the customer approves the final design, the order is considered confirmed for printing.

  • Cancellation requests will generally not be accepted after final design approval.

  • Any changes requested after approval may involve additional charges and additional production time.

  • SahuPress will not be responsible for errors in the design that were clearly visible and approved by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

5. Cancellation After Production Has Started

  • Once printing or production has started, the order cannot generally be cancelled.

  • Customized products are manufactured according to the customer’s approved design and specifications.

  • Payments relating to completed design work, materials, and production are generally non-refundable for customer-requested cancellations, subject to applicable law.

6. Advance Payment & Refund

  • An advance payment is required to initiate the order and designing process.

  • The applicable advance amount is displayed on the product page or during checkout.

  • The remaining balance must be paid after design approval and before printing begins.

  • Advance payments are generally non-refundable once customized design work has been completed, subject to applicable law.

  • Refunds may be considered in cases of verified duplicate payments, eligible payment failures, or other circumstances where a refund is required by applicable law.

  • All eligible refund requests will be reviewed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Cancellation by SahuPress

In certain exceptional circumstances, SahuPress may need to cancel an order due to:

  • Product or material unavailability.

  • Production limitations.

  • Technical issues.

  • Other unavoidable business or operational circumstances.

In such cases, the customer will be informed. Any refund due will be processed in accordance with applicable laws.

8. How to Request Order Cancellation

If you wish to request cancellation before designing begins, please contact our customer support team and provide:

  • Registered Mobile Number

  • Reason for Cancellation
