At SahuPress, we provide a convenient and secure online payment process for customized printing orders. Customers can place orders by paying the advance amount displayed during checkout. The remaining balance is collected after design approval and before the printing process begins.

1. Order Confirmation

  • Customers can place orders through our website by selecting their preferred products and providing the required details.

  • An applicable advance payment is required to initiate the order.

  • The advance amount and total order amount will be displayed during checkout.

  • Orders will be processed after successful payment confirmation.

  • Customers will receive order confirmation through the available communication channels.

  • Please check all product details, quantities, specifications, and delivery information before confirming your order.

2. Advance Payment & Remaining Balance

SahuPress follows an advance payment system for customized printing orders.

Advance Payment:

  • Customers are required to pay the advance amount displayed on the product page or checkout page while placing an order.

  • The advance amount may vary depending on the product and order requirements.

  • The advance payment confirms the customer’s order and allows us to begin the designing and order preparation process.

Remaining Balance Payment:

  • After preparing the design, we will share a design preview with the customer for approval.

  • Once the customer approves the final design, the remaining balance must be paid.

  • Printing and production will begin only after the remaining balance payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

  • The remaining balance amount will be communicated to the customer.

Full Payment Option:

Where available, customers may also choose the full payment option during checkout.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept online payments through the payment options available on our website.

These may include:

  • UPI

  • Debit Cards

  • Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Other payment methods supported by our payment gateway.

All online payments are processed through authorized payment gateway services, including Razorpay, where available.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

4. Payment Deducted but Order Not Confirmed

Sometimes a payment may be deducted from your bank account or UPI application, but the order confirmation may not appear immediately.

In such cases:

  • Please allow 48–72 hours for the transaction status to be updated, where applicable.

  • Check your order history before attempting another payment.

  • Keep your transaction ID or payment reference number सुरक्षित for verification.

  • If the amount is not credited or refunded, contact your bank or payment service provider.

  • You may also contact our customer support team for assistance.

If a duplicate payment is received, the case will be reviewed and handled according to our refund policy and applicable laws.

5. Payment Security

We use third-party payment gateway services to process online transactions securely.

  • Payments are processed through the available payment gateway.

  • Transaction confirmation is subject to the payment gateway and banking network.

  • SahuPress does not ask customers to share their UPI PIN, ATM PIN, card PIN, OTP, or banking password.

  • Customers should make payments only through the official payment options available on our website.

6. Design Approval & Payment Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for carefully checking the final design before approval.

  • Once the design is approved, it is considered confirmed for printing.

  • The remaining balance must be paid after design approval and before printing begins.

  • Any additional design changes requested after approval may involve extra charges.

  • Delays in design approval or balance payment may affect the estimated production schedule.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Orders may generally be cancelled before the designing process begins.

  • Once customized design work has started, cancellation requests will generally not be accepted.

  • Applicable design charges become non-refundable after the design work has been completed, subject to applicable law.

  • Payments for customer-approved designs or orders already in production are generally not refundable for change-of-mind requests.

  • Refunds may be considered for verified duplicate payments, eligible payment failures, damaged products, defective products, or incorrect products.

  • All eligible refund requests will be reviewed by our team.

8. Product Photos Before Dispatch

After printing and quality checking are completed:

  • We may upload photographs of the finished products to our website or share them through WhatsApp.

  • Customers can view their finished products before packing and dispatch, where applicable.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before printing begins; product photographs are shared as an additional order update.

  • Orders will be dispatched after production, quality checking, packaging, and completion of the required payment.

9. Production & Delivery Time

  • Estimated production time is mentioned on the respective product page.

  • Production time depends on the product, quantity, customization, and order requirements.

  • Production begins after design approval and confirmation of the remaining balance payment.

  • Production time does not include courier delivery time.

  • Delivery timelines depend on the destination and courier service.

10. Incorrect Order or Payment Details

Customers must provide accurate information while placing an order, including:

  • Name and contact number

  • Email address

  • Billing and shipping address

  • Product specifications and quantity

  • Design and customization requirements
